Our stay here was quite disappointing. We faced multiple issues from the beginning, including poor service during check-in and broken amenities. The room was outdated and not as comfortable as we had hoped. However, the dining experience had a shining moment with great service from one staff member. Overall, this hotel definitely needs significant updates and better attention to guest comfort.
